Privacy Policy

When you connect Zoom to a LevelUp CRM workspace, and only with your authorization, LevelUp accesses the following from Zoom to provide the integration's features:

• Meeting details for meetings LevelUp creates or manages on your behalf (such as the meeting ID, join URL, topic, and start time), so the meeting can be scheduled and managed from the CRM.
• Post-meeting participant data (who joined and when), used to record provider-observed attendance on the corresponding CRM event.
• Recording and transcript availability metadata — a reference indicating that a cloud recording or transcript exists in Zoom. LevelUp does not copy or store your Zoom recording media or transcript text; those remain in Zoom.
• Authorization tokens issued by Zoom, stored encrypted at rest, used only to make the authorized Zoom API calls above.

LevelUp requests only the Zoom permissions required for these features and does not monitor or read your Zoom chat conversations.

Zoom data is used solely to provide the integration features described in the LevelUp CRM for Zoom documentation — scheduling and managing meetings, recording attendance, and surfacing recording availability. LevelUp does not sell Zoom data and does not use it for advertising.

When you disconnect Zoom from a workspace — via Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnectin LevelUp CRM or by uninstalling from the Zoom App Marketplace — the workspace's stored Zoom authorization tokens are removed and the authorization is revoked at Zoom. Meeting, attendance, and artifact-reference records the workspace already created remain part of your CRM data. You can request deletion of your CRM data by contacting us.
