LevelUp CRM for Zoom

• Connects Zoom to LevelUp CRM through Zoom OAuth authorization.
• Lets you schedule and manage Zoom meetings from LevelUp's unified Schedule — every meeting, meetup and event lives on one canonical calendar, and a meeting can be started from a contact or conversation.
• Creates, reads, updates and cancels Zoom meetings from the CRM, with the Zoom join link kept on the event.
• After a meeting ends, records who actually attended as a separate, provider-observed attendance signal.
• Surfaces the availability of a cloud recording or transcript on the event when Zoom exposes it.

1. Sign in to LevelUp CRM at crm.roilevelup.com/login.
2. Choose the workspace you want to connect.
3. Open Settings → Integrations.
4. Select Zoom → Connect and complete the Zoom OAuth authorization.

The connection is scoped to that workspace; other workspaces are unaffected.

1. Open Schedule and create a new Event.
2. Choose a virtual (or hybrid) event and select Zoom as the meeting provider.
3. Save the Event — LevelUp creates the Zoom meeting and stores the join link on the Event.
4. Join from the Event; edit or cancel the meeting from the CRM where supported.

Creating an Event never automatically sends messages to your contacts.

LevelUp keeps two distinct kinds of attendance truth, and they never overwrite each other:

• Invite / RSVP — the intended attendee list you manage in the CRM.
• Provider-observed attendance — who Zoom reports actually joined the meeting, recorded separately as an observation after the meeting ends.

Zoom-observed attendance is additive; it does not change your RSVP/invite list.

When a cloud recording or transcript becomes available, LevelUp shows an availability indicator and reference on the event. LevelUp stores only metadata and references — it does not store your Zoom recording media or transcript text as its own copy; those remain in Zoom.

To disconnect, open Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect in LevelUp CRM. The workspace's stored Zoom credentials are removed and the authorization is revoked at Zoom. You can also uninstall the app from the Zoom App Marketplace, which triggers the same credential removal.

Historical meeting, attendance and artifact-reference records that the workspace already created are retained as part of your CRM data; the disconnect removes the live Zoom authorization, not your past records.
